Fitness Classes

Get involved in our weekly fitness classes, in conjunction with Fitness All Together!

Whether you’re into heart-pounding HIIT, the zen of Yoga, or the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, we have a class for you.

27 February – 12pm HIIT

5 March – 7am Yoga

13 March – 11:30am & 12:30pm Purrlates sessions (Kitten edition pilates – find out more here)

19 March – 12:15pm HIIT

26 March – 7am Pilates

The Pilates and Yoga Classes will be held on the ground floor Vacancy of Datacom. The HIIT classes will be held at Victoria Park. Bookings essential.
