Whether you’re into heart-pounding HIIT, the zen of yoga, or the core-strengthening benefits of pilates, we have a class for you. People of all fitness levels are very welcome.
13 March – 11:30am & 12:30pm Purrlates sessions (Kitten edition pilates – find out more here)
19 March – 7am HIIT
26 March – 7am Pilates
Mats provided. The pilates and yoga classes will be held on the ground floor corner vacancy of Datacom. The HIIT classes will be held at Victoria Park (Silo Park in wet weather). Bookings essential.
