🧘 45-Minute Lunchtime Yoga Class (12:00pm – 12:45pm)
Step away from your desk to enjoy a soothing yoga session. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, this class is tailored to all levels. Let go of stress and stretch out those muscles.
🍹Post yoga juice or smoothie
After the yoga session, treat yourself to a juice or smoothie from Bowl and Arrow. These nourishing concoctions are designed to replenish your energy levels and keep you fueled for the afternoon ahead.
Tickets cost $10 and go to the Mental Health Foundation. Limited spots are available so don’t miss out on the chance to recharge your mind, body, and spirit.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own too.
