🎨 Free Pasifika Activity: Hiapo printmaking on eco bags – hosted by Tupumaiaga A Niue Trust, a Niuean not-for-profit community group
🥁 Cook Islands drumming & dance performance by Anuanua Performing Arts Troupe (12:15 PM – 12:45 PM)

Rukau Hut – Bringing the authentic taste of the Cook Islands, featuring rukau pies (taro leaves cooked in rich coconut cream) and Cook Island donuts!
Kiwi Tucker – Serving up green-lipped mussel fritters, fish fritters, and seafood fritters, a true taste of Aotearoa street food.
Toro creampuffs – Homemade custard cream puffs – made with love. No artificial flavours, food colouring or additives.
Doe Donuts – freshly made donuts with recipes stemming from nostalgic Kiwiana and heartwarming Pasifika memories
