Mindfulness Sessions

Recharge your workday with our free lunchtime mindfulness sessions with Fitness All Together, designed to elevate your well-being and productivity. Plus each participant will receive a complimentary Arepa “brain” drink to enhance your experience.

Whether you’re looking to relax, energise, or sharpen your focus, we have a session for you. No need to change into activewear, you’re welcome to come in what you’re wearing. Sign up for one or all of our sessions and experience the benefits of breathwork firsthand.

Week 1: Introduction to Breathwork

What is breathwork and why is it so important? Discover the power of breath and its profound impact on both mind and body. This introductory session will provide you with a foundational understanding of breathwork and its benefits.

Week 2: Breath for Relaxation

Learn a series of simple, slow breath techniques to create a new sense of peace that you can carry into your day. Experience how mindful breathing can help you unwind and relax.

Week 3: Breath for Energy

Revitalise your afternoon with an invigorating breathwork practice that boosts your energy levels. Say goodbye to that extra coffee and feel naturally energised!

Week 4: Breath for Focus & Attention

Learn practical breath techniques to enhance focus and attention, helping you stay present and relaxed throughout your day. Discover how to use breath as a tool for achieving mental clarity and presence.
